Associated Bank to Support The Salvation Army’s Christmas Campaign
Company Providing Matching Gift and Employee Bell Ringers

GREEN BAY – This year, donors to The Salvation Army’s Red Kettles will enjoy a Black Friday deal of their own. On Friday, November 23 Associated Bank will match all donations up to $10,000, giving local shoppers the opportunity to double their donation.
In addition to the financial support, Associated Bank employees will ring bells at various Red Kettle locations in Greater Green Bay, including the Big Red Kettle at Bay Park Square Mall.
“The Salvation Army is blessed to have the support of the leadership and employees at Associated Bank,” said Captain Matt O’Neil, County Coordinator for The Salvation Army. “The matching gift is truly special and when coupled with the generosity of Associated Bank Employees donating their time to ring bells, the positive impact on our community multiplies.”
According to The Salvation Army National Headquarters, just one hour of bell ringing can result in enough money to feed 13 people a hot meal.
The match by Associated Bank will help The Salvation Army of Greater Green Bay reach its 2018 Christmas Campaign Goal of $1.25 million. The annual Christmas Campaign supports The Salvation Army’s seasonal and year-round social services programs.
