Packer Player to Distribute Coats to Those in Need

GREEN BAY - Green Bay Packers player Billy Turner will partner with The Salvation Army of Greater Green Bay to distribute free winter coats for area children in need on Friday, December 20th from 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm at The Salvation Army Corps Community Center, located at 626 Union Court, Green Bay.

Billy Turner’s Coat Giveaway is an offshoot of The Irie Project, which is a collaboration between Turner, a fashion designer, and elementary students to create original fashion pieces based on the theme of positivity to be worn by Packer players. As a way to give back, Turner has committed to donating 5 coats to charity per design gifted to the Green Bay Packer Players.

All families are welcome to attend. Coat sizes 2T through youth XL will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Children must be present to receive a coat. For more information visit www.billyturner.com/theirieproject.
